Bleeker, Ph.D., is regarded as an innovative, resourceful, and competitive technologist with an intense desire to excel. Todd has architected many solutions for small and large corporations. In that time, he has worked in a variety of environments and languages that include Cobol, Assembler, Clipper, C, C++ (ATL, MFC, Win32), VB, VB .NET, and C#. Jon is in his fifth year at Quilogy and has had many responsibilities in that time including instructor, developer, project manager, a Managing Consultant, and a General Manager.
