INETA APAC - support for your Community Launch event!

We're giving away USD $15,000!!!
 
The first 30 who submit their support request will be supported up to maximum of USD$500 per group.

Steps to request support:

1. Login to http://apac.ineta.org and choose the Support Menu on the left.
2. Make a new post in the Leader Support forum, titled "Heroes 2008 - <Your Group Name>"
   
   Please provide following details in your post:
   - User Group Name:
   - Event Location Address:
   - City, Country:
   - Estimated No. of Attendees:
   - Date of Event: 
   - Session Name/Speaker Name:
   - Duration of Event:
   - Any other relevant details:
   　
3. Download and fill in the UG Sponsorship Invoice Template. Enter all the details, Sign, scan and email to apac.admin@ineta.org. (Invoice template available at: http://apac.ineta.org/Portals/1/docs/Sponsorship/UG%20Sponsorship%20Invoice%20Template%201.1.doc ). You need to check with your local bank to provide the details required in the document. Fill this document completely else your application could be rejected/processing time would be greatly increased.

On approval of your sponsorship request you will receive an email confirming your sponsorship is approved. A fund transfer would be initiated to the first 30 who submit their completed event support request on the forum along with the invoice correctly filled out.

Please note: Post approval of your sponsorship request via email, we will start initiating the fund transfers, however, funds disbursal will start only after the 1st of March 2008.

Post the event, we request you to submit to us details of your event for inclusion in the newsletter, via an email to apac.admin@ineta.org. Failure to provide the information will affect your future event support.

Special Prizes!!!

A special prize of USD$500 will be awarded to the best group event in a country. To participate in the drawing, make sure that you submit details of your event to apac.admin@ineta.org after your event is held. Maximum 2-3 paragraphs, 300 words, you can attach pictures totaling a maximum of 1 MB only.
